Turn playtest chat into a fix list

Paste what your testers wrote in Discord, DMs or notes. Playsift merges duplicate reports, ranks bugs by how bad they are, and counts how many people asked for each idea.

Fix list

How it works

  1. Paste the mess

Copy a Discord thread, a pile of DMs or your own notes, or open a text file. Typos and chatter are fine.

  2. Playsift reads all of it

It uses Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, to spot the same bug described in different words and group it into one item.

  3. Fix what matters first

Bugs come sorted from critical to low, with steps to reproduce when testers gave them. Copy a checklist into your tracker or download Markdown for your repo.

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Free sorting runs on Claude Haiku and costs you nothing. If you add your own Claude API key you can pick Sonnet or Opus, and Anthropic bills that key.
What kind of feedback works?
Anything in text: Discord threads or exports, DMs, survey answers, your own playtest notes. Typos, slang and off-topic chatter are fine.
How accurate is the fix list?
It's written by AI, so treat it as a fast first pass. Each item keeps what testers actually said, so you can check it against the source.
Can I remove personal details first?
Emails and phone numbers are hidden automatically if you leave that box ticked. Real names aren't detected, so remove those yourself before you sort.
How much can I paste?
Up to 100,000 characters at a time, which is a few busy days of Discord chat. Sort bigger piles in parts.
